MyChart may be used to communicate issues of a non-urgent nature to your providerís clinic. Your question will be handled in the same manner as telephone calls to your provider. You can expect a reply within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Providers may not be able to answer all your questions electronically. They may request that you schedule an appointment so they can make an accurate diagnosis and determine the best treatment plan for your condition.
